FloraPride® is a fertilizer for all aquatic plants and promotes lush, leafy growth of both floating and rooted plants through a combination of nutrients including potassium and iron. Does not contain phosphates or nitrates. Live plants benefit aquariums by helping to recycle and balance nutrients, and provide shelter, comfort and hiding places for fish. Live plants also can be a sustainable food source for foraging fish and provide another level of beauty, excitement, and evolution to a healthy aquarium. Two teaspoons treat 10 gallons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works wonderfully for my plants!! My local pet store recommended this product when I bought plants and bulbs for my 10 gal tank. I have to say I'm amazed that they actually grew and survived haha! Seriously, my plants are flourishing and look great! It can't just be the substrate and water changes. I highly recommend this product if your going to have live plants.

Can Aqua Safe be used for outdoor small ponds?

Asked by: Hoper
We make an Aquasafe for ponds that has a slightly different formula. The aquarium one will remove the chlorines, etc, but may make a lot of foam on the surface of the pond, especially if the pond has a lot of organic matter in it. BREX
