We were closed on Thursday and Friday for the holiday. Any time you have an issue like this, simply do a partial water change. This takes the place of the filter.
In the meantime, make sure it is not clogged up. The instructions include how to take out the impeller to check it and clean it, and this is most likely what you need to do to get it going again. Sand, plant matter, hair-like strands, etc., get hung in the impeller. If you are unable to get it going please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-526-0650.
