Well, how long has the tank been up, what size is it, how many glofish are you trying to keep, what type are they, and how many do you add at a time? What are the water parameters for pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate? Do they show any symptoms such as white spots, bloody streaks, cotton growths, lack of appetite, swimming erratically, not swimming at all, listing to one side, and so forth.
Either you have a water quality issue or they have a disease and need to be treated for it. You can test the water, do a partial water change and treat with LifeGuard.
