Thank you for contacting us! First, 10 glofish in a 10 gallon tank is a bit of an overstocking. Be careful, because you should start a tank of that size with only 1-2 very small fish for the first couple of weeks, and it generally can house only 5-7 glofish, total, without your having water quality issues. General rule of thumb is one inch of fish per gallon of water. Depending on the glofish variety you chose, adult size of your fish will be 1.5 to 3 inches in length.
The Glofish Water Conditioner would replace the AquaSafe Plus, yes, but the others do not replace the SafeStart Plus. You will definitely want to add that, considering the number of fish. I would use the Glofish Water Conditioner with SafeStart plus for now, and begin using the Color Booster, after the tank has been up a month or so, on a weekly basis.
