When asking and ordering consumer product replacement parts, please be ready to provide the following:
- The part number (if possible) or your model information
- A credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)

- If you have a warranty issue, please contact our Customer Service Team about your product issue and how to best handle your problem. Warranty returns should be sent to Tetra Online Returns, UPG, 555 International Parkway, Daleville, VA 24083, but you must call before sending in your product in order to get authorization and further directions.
