Step 3: Water garden and pond filtration

There are two main types of filtration systems for water gardens.
Submersible kits that consist of a filter, a pump, and a fountain set, all located within the pond.

Pump and filter combinations that are placed on dry ground, near the pond.

Both types of filtration are often accompanied by a UV Clarifier for green-free water.

Depending on the size of your pond and the type of water features you have in mind, choose the filtration system that would be best for your needs.
