The Tetra® PLAYMOBIL® 10 Gallon Explore Your Aquarium Kit features a 10-gallon, crystal-clear glass tank, LED hood and lighting system and Tetra® Whisper® Power Filter with Medium Filter Cartridge to help you and your kids create a thriving environment for your fish. The easy-to-clean, scratch-resistant tank is instantly brought to life with bright white LEDs that mimic the shimmering underwater effect of sunlight. The energy-efficient LEDs contain no mercury and are better for the environment than fluorescent lights. The hood reduces water loss from evaporation and has a convenient feeding port. The Tetra Whisper Power Filter provides an effective combination of mechanical, chemical and biological filtration for clean water and healthy fish, while the Ultra-Activated® Carbon removes odors and discoloration. It is easy to set up and clean, and can be easily hidden by tank décor. For best results, change your filter cartridge monthly.
The kit also contains a 50-watt Tetra HT Submersible Heater, Tetra® AquaSafe® Plus water conditioner that makes tap water safe for fish, Tom’s pretend lab, an activity book, reversible aquarium backgrounds and an Aquarium Setup and Care Guide that provides valuable tips for fishkeeping success.
