NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THESE SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THESE SWEEPSTAKES ARE NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM. BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT COMPLETELY RELEASES INSTAGRAM FROM ANY LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION. Spectrum Brands Pet LLC ("Sponsor") has partnered with three independent Instagram content creators ("Influencers"), each of whom will host a separate "Follow/Like/Comment to Win" Sweepstakes (each, a "Sweepstakes").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) or those living in the same household) of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Each Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on July 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). You may enter each of the three Sweepstakes. Each Sweepstakes must be entered separately, and you can only enter each Sweepstakes one time.

To Enter via Instagram: Log in to Instagram by visiting instagram.com and (i) follow @tetra.fish, (ii) like the Sweepstakes post related to the Sweepstakes you are intending to enter, and (iii) comment on the post with what you would name a classroom’s fish. One entry to the applicable Sweepstakes will be granted upon completion of all three actions. Multiple comments do not constitute additional entries. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 30, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, Internet service providers, websites, or the Instagram platform, or for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect participation in the Sweepstakes.

Alternative Method of Entry: To enter a Sweepstakes without completing the Instagram requirements above, hand-print your full name, street address, phone number, email address, and the specific Influencer Sweepstakes you wish to enter on a 3"x5" piece of paper and mail it in a separate envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 30, 2026, and received by August 3, 2026. Mail entries will receive an equal chance of winning.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual using automated means, bots, scripts, or other fraudulent methods of entry. All comments will be reviewed upon submission, and we reserve the right to remove those that do not adhere to our community guidelines. We reserve the right to block anyone who violates our guidelines repeatedly. Further, we will not tolerate the following types of posts/comments and these will be removed immediately:

• Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking others;
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence;
• Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful;
• Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion;
• Violations of any intellectual property rights;
• Spamming in nature;
• Uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people's computers;
• Commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations;
• Link baiting (embedding a link in your comment to draw traffic to your own site).

Comments removed for violating these Official Rules, Sponsor's community guidelines or Instagram’s Community Guidelines are void and will not constitute an eligible entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account from which it was sent. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable phone number or e-mail address has been assigned by the telecommunications company, or Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Comments submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will remain subject to the rights and permissions granted by entrants to Instagram under Instagram’s terms and conditions. Sponsor may repost or share submitted comments, and may edit such comments for brevity, content, and clarity, for purposes of administering and promoting the Sweepstakes, including announcing winners, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and Instagram’s terms and policies, without compensation to the entrant. Sponsor is not obligated to use any submitted comment.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be one (1) Prize awarded per Sweepstakes. The Prize consists of a Tetra® Complete LED Aquarium Kit, 10 gallon (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $125 USD), Tetra® Safe Start® Plus, 3.38oz (ARV: $9 USD), Tetra® Whisper® Bio-Bag® Filter Cartridges, Medium (ARV: $8 USD), Tetra® Water Cleaner gravel siphon (ARV: $11 USD), Tetra® Maintenance Bucket, 4G (ARV: $13 USD), Tetra® EasyStrips™, 100ct (ARV: $14 USD) and $120 USD gift card to pet store of Winner’s choosing, subject to availability. The total ARV of each Prize is $300 USD. Cash will not be available in lieu of the merchandise listed above. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after shipment.

5. RANDOM DRAWING: A third-party administrator contracted by Sponsor (whose decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes) will select one winner for each individual Sweepstakes at random from among all eligible entries. Each Prize is guaranteed to be awarded, provided eligible entries are received.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No substitution for any prize will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is not transferable or assignable. The Winner for each Sweepstakes will be notified by Instagram direct message from the Influencer who hosted the Sweepstakes by August 4, 2026 and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to reply and provide all necessary information in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner being selected. Sponsor is not responsible if a Winner cannot receive Instagram direct messages because of privacy settings, blocked messages, inactive accounts, or other technical limitations. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or Winner and may require proof of age, identity, eligibility, or compliance with these Official Rules before awarding a Prize. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, Winners hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners' name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, likeness and image, without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to the Sweepstakes.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and its designated administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. The Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, all Winners and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in St. Louis, Missouri. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event any or all Sweepstakes are terminated early, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Inc., and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses made or incurred by Winners, entrants, or any third parties arising out of or related in any way to the operation of the Sweepstakes due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. WINNERS LIST: For an Official Winners' List (available after August 11, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "[INFLUENCER NAME] Follow/Like/Comment to Win Sweepstakes" - WINNERS - or - OFFICIAL RULES (please include Influencer's name and specify if seeking the winner’s list, official rules or both), Spectrum Brands Pet LLC, Attn: General Counsel, 1 Rider Trail Plaza Drive, Suite 300, Earth City, MO 63045. 12. PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected from entrants, whether via Instagram or by mail, is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.spectrumbrands.com/privacy-policy.html.
